Pope Francis 1936 - 2025

Sunday, 20th April 2025

We extend our deepest condolences to the Catholic community and all those mourning the passing of Pope Francis. His unwavering dedication to compassion, humility, and social justice touched countless lives across the world. As a shepherd of faith, he guided the Church with wisdom and love, leaving behind a profound legacy of unity and hope. In this time of sorrow, we stand in prayer and solidarity with all who grieve his loss. May his soul rest in peace.

“Pope Francis leaving us during Easter—a time the world turns its heart to renewal and resurrection—feels like a gentle reminder from God that his mission here was fulfilled. He walked among us with quiet grace, healing not only through his words but through his presence—through love. He showed us that every soul matters, especially the forgotten ones—Los Descartados.

As a doctor and a man of faith, I feel the deep ache of his passing. But more than that, I feel the call: to keep showing up, to keep serving, and to love with the same fierce compassion he gave so freely to the world.”
